Intrum Justitia je vedúcou európskou spoločnosťou poskytujúcou služby v oblasti riadenia pohľadávok. Reklamná agentúra Respect APP pripravila ďalšiu reklamnú kampaň pre tohto klienta. Kreatívny koncept vychádza z výhovoriek, ktoré používajú dlžníci na ospravedlnenie meškajúcich úhrad.

Vety tipu "Ja určite zaplatím, len teraz nemám", "Nechápem, že vám tá platba ešte neprišla.", či "Zaplatíme, len ekonómka je ešte stále PN." počúvajú veritelia bežne. Respect APP ich využila v headlinoch série billboardov. V novej kampani sa prvýkrát prezentuje redizajnované logo Intrum Justitia a nová korporátna zelená farba.
