Po imidžovej kampani pripravila reklamná agentúra Respect APP koncept týždenných upútaviek na nové vydania Staru. Ich hlavnou postavou sa stala ročná čivava Lolita, ktorá sa „podiela“ na tvorbe niekoľkých rubrík v týždenníku hviezd (Lolita na stope, alebo Hviezdny štýl) a spolu so Zuzanou Belohorcovou tvorila hviezdny tandem uvádzacej kampane Staru. Animované upútavky, v ktorých čivava Lolita sediac v kreslenej obývačke, v bare, v posiľňovni či v kúpeľni komentuje hlavné témy ďalšieho vydania Staru pripravuje Respect APP každý týždeň. Netradičný koncept prezentácie nových čísel časopisu vznikol ako výsledok zadania, ktoré malo len jediné obmedzenie: nech to nie je 3D animovaná prezentácia strán nového čísla ako to robí väčšina periodík.
Svoj hlas Lolite prepožičalo jedno s "miliónových dievčat", Barbora Chlebcová, ktorá je zároveň aj redaktorkou týždenníka Star.
